We are pleased to announce the first official evaluation and publication of the methodology for our device. This significant milestone was published on August 20, 2024, in the internationally recognized scientific journal Parasites & Vectors.
The evaluation was conducted at the Ifakara Health Institute in Tanzania, a research center certified by the World Health Organization (WHO). The study demonstrated impressive results, with an 87.5% reduction in mosquito populations achieved through the use of our mosquito control system.
This publication, coinciding with World Mosquito Day, highlights the impact of our system, which was patented in November 2018. It represents a major advancement in mosquito control technology.

A new report from the World health Organization (WHO) claims that the coronavirus pandemic interrupted efforts to control malaria resulting in 63,000 additional deaths and 13 million more infections globally over two years.
The report, published this Thursday, adds that cases of the disease went up in 2020 and continued to climb in 2021 although at a slower pace.
One of the most vilified pest species on the planet continues to outsmart the ways in which humans attempt to get rid of them.
"Super" mosquitoes have evolved to withstand insecticides, according to new research -- and the most "sobering" finding is the high rate in which a species known for carrying disease has developed mutations.
Mosquitoes are so smart they're learning how to avoid pesticides used to kill them, study says
Mosquitoes that had been exposed to pesticides figured out how to steer clear.

These species, introduced unintentionally or intentionally by humans in new places, can transmit new diseases, devastate crops, alter ecosystems and even eat up human infrastructure. Scientists have been evaluating the impacts of these species for some time and trying to raise awareness about the problem they pose, but the problem remains little known both by societies and by the politicians who must manage it. One way to raise public awareness is to expose the economic cost of invasive species.
Worldwide, it has been estimated that invasive species cost the global economy more than $ 1.28 trillion in damage and efforts to control them from 1970 to 2017.
